Because Family Matters is a short film featuring colleagues from across Norton Rose Fulbright who share honest stories of the joy and sometimes even guilt, woven into everyday life, and the difference that supportive family policies can make when they’re needed most.

I always thought you could give 100% to everything. I realised that isn’t really possible.

Balancing work, parenting and caring isn’t easy. For many of us, it means juggling priorities, finding a middle ground, and trying to be present in the moments that matter.

To better support our people, including working parents and their families, NRF recently announced significant enhancements to both UK and Middle East family policies.
