The Family Friendly Workplace certification programme is brought to you in partnership with Working Families. As the national charity for working parents and carers with over 30 years of experience in advising employers, you’ll benefit from their insight and expertise as they guide you through the certification process.

Once you have completed the Self-Assessment, you’ll be allocated a Working Families Relationship Manager. They will be your point of contact and will guide you through your journey to certification, meeting with you at pivotal points to discuss where you’re at, and where you’re headed.
